HalloweenHalloween activities are fun for both children and adults, but the holiday can also be a dangerous time for trick or treaters and partygoers who consume alcohol.  The American Automobile Association is reminding both groups to be careful while taking part in any Halloween events.  Dave Carlson with Triple-A Idaho says statistically, Halloween is one of the top holidays for vehicle-related pedestrian injuries and fatalities.

Tips for a safe Halloween include: wearing a bright costume with reflective tape if necessary; carrying a flashlight; staying in groups on sidewalks; and look both ways before crossing a street and only cross at corners.
