In it’s ongoing mission to keep motorists safe on roadways this winter, the Idaho State Police is offering tips to help drivers avoid accidents and crashes.  ISP Spokesman Rick Ohnsman says the key to being safe starts with two types of preparation.

It’s also important for motorists to keep in mind that road and weather conditions can change drastically from starting point to destination.
