The Clearwater County Road Department based in Orofino, Idaho has issued a road advisory in the wake of heavy snows in parts of the county for Wednesday afternoon and evening. Officials say many roads are impassable and chains are required in some areas. While snow removal crews will work to clear roads, some may not be cleared before morning. Motorists in areas hit hardest are advised to stay inside and not drive until road conditions improve.
