The Lewis-Clark State baseball team travels to Vancouver, B.C this weekend to face the University of British Columbia in a four-game Region I series. The 2nd ranked Warriors have won eleven straight games and stand at 40-4 on the year, while the Thunderbirds have won three of their last four and are 22-18 overall.
The series also carries some historic implications as LC head coach Ed Cheff is one win away from 1,600 for his career. Game times are set for 3pm PDT Friday with a double-header beginning at noon Saturday and a single game at noon Sunday.
All four games will be carried live from Nat Bailey Stadium on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and on-line at koze-sports.com.
