Crude oil prices topped $132 dollars a barrel Wednesday, pushing gas prices to new record highs across the country.
The national average price for regular self-serve gasoline is now $3.81 a gallon, and diesel is a record-high $4.56.
The Inland Northwest was not immune, as Idaho set a new record high of $3.75 a gallon for regular gasoline and $4.56 for diesel. Washington also soared into record high territory at $3.89 a gallon for regular and $4.73 for diesel.
Alaska has the highest average price for regular gasoline at $4.10 a gallon, and the lowest is $3.63 a gallon in Arizona, Missouri, and Wyoming.
Diesel prices top out at $4.86 a gallon in California, and are the lowest in Montana at $4.37.
