A man who was released from an Idaho prison has been arrested on suspicion of robbing a Boise bank on the same day as his release. Robbie Crow had been released from prison Wednesday morning. Police say he entered a DL Evans Bank branch just after 1pm, claiming to have a gun and demanded cash. He left with an undisclosed amount of money. After witnesses described the man, a pair of deputies arrested the 46-year old Crow at the Boise Towne Square Mall located near the bank, where he was found hiding inside a round rack of pants. No gun was found. Crow had been serving a two-to-12-year sentence for sexual battery of a minor in Kootenai County since 2000 and had been taken earlier in the day by cab to an apartment. He was to be on supervised release.
