The Lewis-Clark State College Foundation exceeded its three-year “Campaign LC” fund-raising goal by more than $500,000, bringing in more than $3.5 million. LCSC President Dene Thomas says she and foundation officials couldn’t be more pleased with the campaign and the direction its moving.

Donations raised through the foundation are spread throughout the campus, including nearly 500 to need-based students who otherwise may not have access to higher education.

The LC Foundation kicked off the three-year $3 million campaign in May 2005. Already LC officials are currently exploring what’s next for the campaign, which includes setting a new target goal.
