A Lewiston woman accused of stabbing a female acquaintance in the arm will appear in 2nd District Court next week.

Authorities say Nikki Pablo, 31, stabbed Michele Pinkham, 45, in the left arm with a butcher’s knife early Friday morning. Lewiston police responded to the 400 block of 14th Street at about 2:45 a.m. after a neighbor reported seeing the knife and blood on a porch.

Pinkham was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center where she was treated and released.

Pablo was booked into the Nez Perce County Jail on one count of felony aggravated battery. She posted bond Friday afternoon and is scheduled to be in court June 18.
