Gonzaga point guard Jeremy Pargo has decided to return to the Bulldogs for his senior season.

Pargo was expected to file the required paperwork to withdraw his name from NBA draft consideration on Monday, the deadline day for underclassmen who haven’t signed with an agent. The draft is June 26.

Pargo declared for the draft in mid-April but said he wasn’t hiring an agent to keep open the option of returning to Gonzaga. He went through the NBA predraft camp near Orlando and also had numerous workouts with NBA teams over the past two weeks.

As a junior, Pargo averaged 12 points and six assists a game. He was named WCC player of the year last season while helping Gonzaga earn its 10th straight NCAA tournament berth.
