Campers planning to stay at the Laird Park Campground are encouraged to carry their own potable water until further notice.
According to the Palouse Ranger District the Forest is experiencing problems with the water system at the popular recreation site. Until its fixed, campers and visitors will need to bring their own water.
Laird Park Campground is located about 30 miles northeast of Moscow. It features a swimming beach, two group picnic areas and 31 camping spots. For more information about the status of the campground, contact the Potlatch Ranger Station at (208) 875-1131.
