An amateur porn actor has been sentenced to 9 years to life in prison for the rape of a woman at Washington State University last year.

In October, a Whitman County jury convicted Christopher Jack Reid, 26, who made adult films under the name Jack Venice, on second-degree rape and three felony burglary charges for breaking into three WSU sororities on the night of Sept. 13, 2007.

At the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority house, Reid attacked a woman as she slept while a WSU student he met at a bar earlier that night watched. Police say the student, Kyle Schott, and Reid also entered the Pi Beta Phi and Delta Gamma sororities.

Schott agreed to testify against Reed as part of a plea agreement; he is serving a 13-month prison sentence.
