The Lewis-Clark State basketball teams hit the road this week for a pair of games in Montana at Rocky Mountain College Thursday and Carroll College Saturday. The 17th ranked LC women are13-4 overall and 3-1 in conference play – one game back of first place Westminster.

Rocky Mountain is a game and a half back in the standings and Warrior head coach Brian Orr says the Bears have gained momentum heading in after posting an historic win on the road last week in Helena.

Meanwhile, the Warrior men are 8-6 overall and 2-2 in conference play after splitting two home games last weekend – falling to Montana Western and rolling over Montana Tech.

LC head coach Tim Walker says the way in which the team beat Tech could serve as a springboard to more success as the team moves forward.
