Idaho Gov. Butch Otter raised over $100,000 in donations in the last half of 2008, but has not yet announced whether he will seek a second term.
State records show Otter brought in nearly $112,000 during the last six months of 2008, and $136,000 for the entire year.
Records with the Idaho Secretary of State Office also show Otter spent nearly $58,000 and has more than $106,000 in cash on hand. (AP)
