The University of Idaho football team hits the road this week to face arch-rival Boise State. The 6th ranked Broncos are a perfect 9-0 on the year and is hoping for another invitation to a BCS bowl game if they win out. The Vandals are 7-3 and are also likely to see the post season for the first time since 1998.
Both programs have enjoyed dominant win streaks in the series. BSU has won the last 10 meetings, while the Vandals rang up 12 straight wins from 1982 to 1993.
Idaho head coach Robb Akey says its time to begin a new streak, and spoiling the Broncos’ BCS dreams would be a great way to start it.
