Bragging rights are on the line this weekend when the Washington State football team meets in-state rival Washington in the 101st Apple Cup game in Pullman. The Cougars have struggled to a 1-10 overall record and are 0-9 in Pac-10 games. The Huskies haven’t faired much better with a 3-7 ovrerall mark and a 2-5 league record.
Wazzu coach Paul Wulff says a win over the Huskies would feel good, but it won’t necessarily mean much in the big picture.
