The University of Idaho football team plays Bowling Green in the Roady’s Humanitarian Bowl Wednesday in Boise. The Vandals, who posted the nation’s second-best turnaround from a year ago, are 7-5 behind a balanced offensive attack.
The Falcons are also 7-5 after overcoming a 1-4 start and are led by wide receiver Freddy Barnes who is approaching the NCAA record for receptions in a season.
Idaho head coach Robb Akey has a lot of respect for Bowling Green and what they’ve accomplished this year.
