The University of Idaho football team rallied behind a dramatic two-point conversion to beat Bowling Green 43-42 in the Roady’s Humanitarian Bowl Wednesday afternoon in Boise.
Trailing by seven with 32 seconds left, the Vandals put together a three play 66 yard drive, culminating with a 16 yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Nathan Enderle to senior wide out Max Komar, followed by a 3 yard two-point conversion to sophomore Preston Davis for the final score.

Senior transfer DeMaundry Woolridge was named the game’s Most Valuable Player, scoring two touchdowns on 22 carries for 126 yards.
Bowling Green wide receiver Freddy Barnes, who came in five receptions shy of the all-time single-season NCAA record for receptions in a season, shattered the record with 17 catches for 219 yards and three touchdowns in the loss. With the win Idaho finishes the season 8-5, while Bowling Green ends its year 7-6.
