February is national children’s dental health month and the Regence Caring Foundation For Children in conjunction with Idaho Public Health North Central and area dentists is offering free dental care for uninsured kids. Idaho Foundation Coordinator Kathy Ellis says the program provides exams, cleanings and x-rays to area children who without treatment may face serious oral health-related issues down the road.

Once again dentists in Lewiston, Moscow, Kendrick, Kamiah, Craigmont and Grangeville have partnered in the event.

Appointments are required and area dentists will conduct exams beginning February 1st with some exams scheduled for March.
