The Frontier Conference post-season tournament begins this week with the men’s tournament beginning Tuesday night and the women getting underway Wednesday.
All 16 teams will participate with the top four seeds hosting the bottom four.
The Warrior men are the #6 seed and will travel to Havre, Montana to face #3 seed Montana State-Northern. Game time is set for 6pm PST with live radio coverage on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and online at www.koze-sports.com.
In other first round action – top-seed Westminster will host 8th seed Great Falls; 2nd seed Montana Western is home against #7 seed Montana Tech; and 4th seed Rocky Mountain will be home against #5 seed Carroll College.
Meanwhile the Warrior women, who are the tournament’s 2nd seed will host #7 seed Montana Western Wednesday night at the Activity Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7pm PST with live radio coverage on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and online at www.koze-sports.com.
Elsewhere on the women’s side – top-seed Westminster will be at home against #8 seed Great Falls; #6 seed Rocky Mountain will travels to #3 seed Montana Tech; and #4 seed Montana State-Northern will be at home against 5th seed Carroll.
Semi-Final games will be played on the home floors of the higher seeds on Friday and Saturday with the conference championship games scheduled for Monday, March 8th for the men and Tuesday, March 9th for the women.
