Idaho schools would have to develop plans to restrict access to some Internet sites, under a bill moving through the Legislature.
The House on Friday voted unanimously to send the measure to the Senate.
Rexburg Republican Rep. Mack Shirley wants to make sure school districts have filtering technology in place to block Internet material they find may be harmful to kids.
Districts would also craft disciplinary measures for violators and require Internet safety classes for students. (AP, IdahoReporter.com)
