Second District Judge John Bradbury says he’ll run again for the Idaho Supreme Court.
Bradbury, 73, announced his candidacy Monday against Justice Roger Burdick. Both Burdick and Justice Jim Jones have announced they will run for re-election.
Bradbury came within a few hundred votes of the seat retained by Justice Joel Horton in the 2008 elections.
Bradbury was elected to the 2nd District judgeship for Idaho, Lewis and Clearwater counties in 2002.
The judicial election will be decided during the May 25 primary unless there are three candidates running for the same position and none receives more than 50 percent of the vote. Then the top two vote getters face each other in November.
