Lewis-Clark State College junior point guard Kenna Reiter has been named a 2009-2010 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and be a junior academically to qualify. Players are nominated by their coaches for the honor.
The 5-foot-8 Reiter, who is from Central Point, Oregon, earned all-Frontier Conference academic honors last season, and has made the President’s List or Dean’s List four straight semesters. She is majoring in Biology with a Pre-Med emphasis.
A total of 120 players from across the country earned the honor.
LCSC has now had five players honored over the last three seasons.
