The Nez Perce Tribe and the city of Lapwai will host a groundbreaking ceremony at 10:30am Wednesday for the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant that will service both entities and the surrounding area.
The ceremony will be held at the site of the future facility along Thunder Hill Road across U.S. Highway 95 near Spalding.
