A Deary man was killed Sunday in a tractor accident. The Latah County Sheriff’s Office says 71-year-old Herbert Weatherford was operating a Kubota tractor up a steep hill on his property near Highway 8 when the tractor slid backwards and rolled up to four times.
Weatherford was flown by Life Flight to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston where he died shortly after being admitted.
Weatherford was a long-time logger and and heavy equipment operator. (AP)
