A Lewiston man faces DUI charges following a rollover crash Monday afternoon that injured both the driver and a passenger.
According to an LPD press release, Jason Earp was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed in the 2900 block of Juniper Drive in Lewiston when police say he lost control of the Acura RSX he was driving.
The vehicle struck the curb causing it to roll over and come to rest on its top.
Jeremy Skeen, also of Lewiston was a passenger in the vehicle. Both men received minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
Earp was arrested under suspicion of Driving Under the Influence.
