Moscow police are investigating an alleged rape of a University of Idaho fraternity member by another fraternity member.
Authorities say the case is in the process of interviewing those who might have knowledge of the alleged incident on Jan. 14 at the Sigma Chi house.
A member of the Lambda Chi fraternity, told police he was intoxicated on the night the Sigma Chi house had a party. The man lost consciousness and later woke to find himself being sodomized. He then passed out again, only to awaken outside the Sigma Chi house.
Police responded and the man was transported to Gritman Medical Center where a rape examination was conducted. The results of that exam will probably be returned next week.
