Warrior women drop out of top-10

The Lewis-Clark State College women’s basketball team dropped five spots in the latest NAIA National Top-25 Poll.

It was the biggest week-to-week fall of any team in the poll, and marks the first time this season LC has been ranked outside the top-10.

The Warriors are 23-4 overall after losing to Westminster College on the road last weekend in Salt Lake City.

Westminster remains the only other Frontier Conference team in the poll as the Griffins jumped two spots to number 16.

LC will close out the regular season this week with games against the University of Great Falls Thursday and Montana State – Northern Saturday at the LCSC Activity Center.

Tip-off both nights will be at 5:30pm PST with live coverage on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and online at www.koze-sports.com.
