The Lewis-Clark State College baseball team held steady at #9 in the this week’s NAIA National Top-25 Poll.
The Warriors, who are 39-11 on the year, received 404 points in the poll – eight more than #10 Point Park of Pennsylvania.
Lousiana State – Shreveport continues to hold the top spot. In fact there were no changes in the top-10, with Oklahoma City at #2 followed by Faulkner of Alabama, Azusa Pacific of California and Lee of Tennessee at #5.
Regionally, the College of Idaho fell out of the top-25, though the Coyotes are still receiving votes.
The Warriors end the regular season this weekend at a tournament in McMinnville, Oregon against NCAA Division III opponents.
LC will open tournament play Friday at 3pm PDT against tournament host Linfield College. The Warriors will then play George Fox Saturday at noon and Pacific Lutheran Sunday at noon.
