Lewiston couple claims $1 million Powerball ticket

A Lewiston couple has claimed a $1 million Powerball lottery prize for a ticket purchased in Nez Perce County.

According to KREM-TV, Richard and Lorraine Hallisy claimed their winnings at the Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise on Thursday.

The ticket for the April 21 drawing matched five of the numbers – but not the Powerball – and was bought at the Zip Trip convenience store on Southway in Lewiston.  The Zip Trip store receives a $20,000 bonus from the Idaho Lottery.  (KREM)
