Mike Grow
A Nez Perce County Commissioner accused of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance in Valley County last year is scheduled to stand trial this fall.
An Oct. 15 trial date for Mike Grow was set Thursday in 4th District Court in Cascade.
The 49-year-old Grow is charged with one felony count of penetration by a foreign object. He is accused of touching the alleged victim inappropriately and against her will in April 2011 at a residence near Donnelly.
Grow was elected to the county commission in 2008, but lost a bid for his party’s nomination for a second term in Tuesday’s primary election.
