A preliminary hearing for a Boise man accused of holding up a Moscow convenience store last month has been continued to June 21.
19-year-old Pierce Knapp is charged with robbery for an April 23 theft at gunpoint of the Moscow Sunset Mart. Authorities say Knapp brandished a handgun to demand cash from the employee. Knapp told police the cashier grabbed the revolver and it fired, as Knapp claims he did not intentionally pull the trigger.
Knapp turned himself in shortly after the incident.
