LC volleyball team picked to win Frontier Conference by coaches

The Lewis-Clark State College volleyball team has been picked to win the Frontier Conference by the league’s coaches.

The Warriors, who are gunning for a sixth straight conference title, received 6 first place votes and 62 total points.

Rocky Mountain was picked 2nd, followed by Carroll College, Westminster, Great Falls, Montana State – Northern, Montana Western, Montana Tech and conference newcomer Dickinson State was picked to finish last.

The Warriors are coming off a 23-6 campaign last year and qualified for its fifth consecutive NAIA National Tournament.

LC will open the season at the College of Idaho Tournament in Caldwell August 17th against Eastern Oregon.
