Lewis-Clark State College and the Warrior Athletic Association will host the sixth annual WAA High School Awards Dinner tonight (Tue) on the college campus.
The night begins with a social hour at 6pm, followed by a banquet at 7pm.
The event brings area high schools and communities together and serves as a great way to congratulate and honor regional high school athletes and teams on their efforts and accomplishments.
Area high schools from as far west as Pomeroy to as far east as Clearwater Valley have submitted nominations for: Female Athlete of the Year; Male Athlete of the Year; Team of the Year; Coach of the Year; and a Meritorious Award for individuals have had a positive impact on sports in their communities.
Tickets for the banquet are $25 per person and can be purchased from the LCSC Athletic Ticket Office, located upstairs in the college Activity Center.
