Warrior baseball team among NAIA pre-season top-10

The Lewis-Clark State College baseball team is ranked 8th in the NAIA Pre-Season Coaches’ Poll.

The Warriors, who finished last season with a 42-14 record, received 395 points in the poll.

Defending national champion Tennessee Wesleyan holds down the top spot, followed by LSU-Shreveport, Lee of Tennessee, Oklahoma City, Rogers State of Oklahoma, Point Park of Pennsylvania, Embry-Riddle of Florida, Lewis-Clark State, Faulkner of Alabama and Oklahoma Baptist rounds out the top-10.

The Warriors, under first-year head coach Jeremiah Robbins will open the 2013 season in a tournament at Harris Field in Lewiston February 8th.
