A missing Seattle rafter was found safe Wednesday morning on the Snake River.

According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, at about 8:30am  deputies and search and rescue members made contact with 54-year-old Alexander Belyaev who had been camping on the beach about 10 miles up river from Pittsburg Landing.
