LC men take slight dip in national poll

NAIA_logoAfter garnering a split on its recent road trip, the Lewis-Clark State College men’s basketball team slipped in the latest NAIA National Top-25 Poll falling one spot to #4.

The Warriors lost at unranked Great Falls last Friday and beat then 12th-ranked Montana State-Northern Saturday.

LC is now 19-2 overall and is tied at #4 with John Brown of Arkansas.

The Warriors remain the highest ranked of three Frontier Conference teams in the rankings. Northern dropped a spot to #13, while Westminster also lost ground falling three spots to #22.

LC is back home this week with games Thursday and Saturday at the Activity Center. On Thursday the Warriors will face Carroll College and on Saturday they meet Montana State-Northern.

Double-header action tips-off both nights with the women’s game at 5:30pm PST and the men’s games to follow.

All four games will be broadcast live on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and online at www.koze-sports.com.
