School levy ballots to be mailed to voters in Craigmont, Kendrick, and Genesee

Nez Perce County residents who vote in three joint school districts – Highland at Craigmont, Genesee and Kendrick – will receive their ballots in the mail a couple of weeks prior to the March 12 levy elections.

Nez Perce County Clerk-Auditor Patty Weeks says the Idaho secretary of state’s office approved the mailed ballots and designation of the courthouse in Lewiston as the polling place for those who prefer to vote in person.

Absentee ballots also can be provided in those races by contacting her office at the Nez Perce County Courthouse in Lewiston.
