Warriors ranked 7th in first regular season poll

NAIA_logoThe Lewis-Clark State College baseball team is ranked 7th in the first NAIA regular season Top-25 poll.

The Warriors, who were ranked 8th in the pre-season poll, swapped positions with Embry-Riddle of Florida.

LC is 24-7 on the year and received 443 votes in the rankings.

Lee of Tennessee is ranked No.1, followed by Oklahoma City, Cal State San Marcos, Faulkner of Alabama and the Master’s College of California rounds out the top-5.

The Warriors travel to Caldwell this weekend for a four-game NAIA West series against the College of Idaho. The series begins with a single game at 2pm PDT Friday with a noon PDT double-header Saturday and a single game at 11am PDT Sunday.

All four games will be broadcast live on Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM and online at www.koze-sports.com.
