This guy is a total jerk. My radio is tuned to KOZE 95 AM almost 24/7. I either turn it off or change channels when this horses ass comes on after Coast to Coast AM. He talks over guests, talks more about himself, and degrades his co-hosts. You can do better than that! I would rather listen to radio snow than this jerk.

I agree with Clark Graebel. Doug Stephan is arrogant and talks over his co hosts. The other morning he was so rude to Dr. Ken that I could not stand to listen to him and found a different radio station to listen to. I also have KOZE 950 AM on close to 24/7.
I do not sleep well at night and listen to Coast to Coast through an “ear bud.” I have listened to Coast to Coast since we moved here in 1998.
I enjoy Dr. Joy. She is not as abrasive as Dr. Laura
His sorry a$$ should be magot food by now.
I don’t sleep well and so am awake a lot at 5 AM when he comes on. He has good gardening tips.
This is the stupidest proposal I have ever seen and hopefully it does not go through. I myself will file a lawsuit against the state if it does.

To All:
This is a dark day in the history of Spokane. Our elected and appointed officials have failed we whom have empowered them to govern on our behalf. This was a simple case to prove there is compelling probable cause to file this case. Tucker fail to do his job. No complete and thorough criminal investigation was ever done that would have obtain key testimony that would have made this case. This is basically putting the cart way before the horse. Tucker has no basis for making a rational filing decision without the benefit of such a criminal investigation. This case warranted prosecution in front of an impartial jury that could render a verdict whether guitly or not. Tucker’ action (lack of action) precluded the compelling evidence from being presented in open court in front of a jury. This is a travesty of justice for the citizens of Spokane.

Are you kidding me. I don’t think they’ll do anything but keep alot of non residnet hunters from buying Idaho tags.
The non resident hunter fees provide a large portion of the budget for the Idaho Fish and Wildlife agency. This was very poor timing with todays economy.
This would be an increase of $103.00 for my hunting license, deer tag, elk tag and archery tag.
$893.25 is just too much!!!
